Important instructions

• Split coverage is permitted; the three planned blocks total exactly four hours.
• Private vows are not included in video coverage and must remain private.
• Record clear audio for the ceremony and speeches.
• Coordinate major moments and camera positioning with the wedding coordinator and photographer within the planned coverage.
• Planned split coverage is subject to final confirmation of arrival, setup, and any contract-specific time rules.
