Important instructions

• Dinner and social hour begin together at 4:00 PM; guests can eat and socialize. Food vendor and servers serve dinner from 4:00–6:00 PM.
• Dinner service ends at 6:00 PM, when cake cutting and cake distribution begin. Food vendor and servers distribute cake to guests.
• The food vendor leaves at 7:30 PM; this is the vendor's departure, not the end of dinner service.
• Champagne glasses are already placed at guest tables. Help ensure sparkling cider and toast drinks are ready before the 5:45 PM speeches.
• Coordinate with the wedding coordinator.
• Avoid interrupting speeches, photography, or videography.
• Follow the assigned dinner service schedule.
